Skirt Not at that stage yet. 

After spending all day clearing a big enough area to start the build, I am trying to create a well in order that I can take a mould directly from the inside of the wooden plug, which means the inside of the plug need to measure to outside of the finished hovercraft, As you can see once I had a level surface big enough the job was to cut out the shapes for the hovercraft base and construct a wood outline ready for fibreglassing.
